What a beautiful mistake he was!!
Created by a sheer accidental over order of marshmallows I needed to use them up and hence thought a marshmallow cookie - why not! Well it was approaching the summer of 2017 and with Christmas on my mind I batch tested the recipe and the result was a gooey melted mess and instantly thoughts of a melting snowman in the hot Aussie sun sprung to mind.....our adorable little Melted Snowman Cookie Mix was born, along with his two other friends in our Friends of Christmas Range.Â

Our fun Melted Snowman Cookie Mix is available in two convenient sizes
- SMALL (makes 6 deliciously gooey melted marshmallow cookies) the perfect size for an entertaining afternoon snack and when you have multi gifting needs to satisfy
- LARGE (makes 12 deliciously gooey melted marshmallow cookies) because 6 cookies is really never enough!
Each Mix contains our Signature Cookie Mix Base, topped with real Nestle Choc Bits and marshmallows just right for melting and dressed in our Friends of Christmas label, Kraft paper topper, jute twine and instructional swing tag (containing all the information you need to know - ingredients, allergens, nutritional information and most importantly how to bake method).
